All of our Shoes are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards.
Please allow 5-7 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks.
Tracking numbers will be uploaded to your orders on-time and will show the proper data with zero delays however we may experience delivery delays due to the reduced air freight operations. Packages may take an additional 1-2 weeks to arrive in your destination countries due to the limited amount of air routes at this time.
All shipments are sent by USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. The shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. We will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. You will receive a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation when your package leaves the warehouse.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time
We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Processing Time: 01 – 03 business days (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 10 business days, please contact us.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-4 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
Items shipping internationally are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.
Please be reminded that Items in used condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. New and unused items that have been successfully received by customers within 30 days are eligible for returns or exchanges. Once 30 days have elapsed from the receipt of goods, refunds and exchanges will no longer be accepted.
We stand behind the quality of our products and warrant our workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.
Due to all our products are made-to-order we typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Refunds (if applicable)
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons: The product is flawed. The print quality is poor. The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site. Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include.
We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
If a tracking number shows as delivered and customers claims they never received the package: The items were successfully delivered to the address customers provided. We would recommend customers contact the local courier where it was delivered or try to reschedule another delivery attempt. We can not process replacements or refunds on items that show as successfully delivered.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or our faults in production and shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.
Please be informed that a management and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
