✅ When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?
We gladly accept returns, replacements, or refunds in the following situations:

Damaged or Defective Products
Received an item with poor print quality, visible damage, or a manufacturing defect? We’re here to help. -
Incorrect Product Received
If you received a product different from what you ordered in terms of size, design, or color. -
Lost Parcels
If your package has not arrived within our promised timeframe—35 days (US) or 60 days (international). -
Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the item didn’t reach you, we’ll assist in resolving it.

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
