At Gaomato, your satisfaction is our top priority. Each of our products is made-to-order with care and precision. While we strive to deliver perfect results every time, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. That’s why we offer a clear, fair, and customer-friendly return and exchange policy.


✅ When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?

We gladly accept returns, replacements, or refunds in the following situations:

  • Damaged or Defective Products
    Received an item with poor print quality, visible damage, or a manufacturing defect? We’re here to help.

  • Incorrect Product Received
    If you received a product different from what you ordered in terms of size, design, or color.

  • Lost Parcels
    If your package has not arrived within our promised timeframe—35 days (US) or 60 days (international).

  • Delivered But Not Received
    If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the item didn’t reach you, we’ll assist in resolving it.


⏳ Return Window

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.


📦 Product Condition

Only new and unused items are eligible for returns.

  • Return Methods: By mail, In store

  • Return Label: Included in the package, free of charge

  • Restocking Fees: No cost

  • Refund Processing Time: Within 5 business days of approval


To proceed, please email [email protected] with your order number, photos of the issue, and the QR code or shipping label. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference. No additional shipping or handling charges apply to approved cases.


❌ Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • You selected the wrong size when placing the order.
    (Please refer to our detailed size chart provided on every product page.)

  • You entered an incorrect shipping address.

  • You changed your mind or dislike the fabric/material.
    (We encourage you to carefully read all product descriptions before ordering.)

  • You returned an item without contacting us first.

  • You requested a change or cancellation more than 2 hours after placing the order.


🔁 Order Changes & Cancellations

You may modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your item enters production and can no longer be changed.
