IMPORTANT: POSSIBLE SHIPPING DELIVERY DELAYS

Due to ongoing pandemic restrictions, many countries have limited cross-border travel and reduced air freight routes to the US, EU, AUS, and other regions. Tracking numbers will be uploaded on time and will show accurate data, but delivery may take an additional 1–2 weeks due to limited air freight operations.

All shipments are sent via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL to the address entered at checkout. Shipping country, prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times, and shipping charges will be adjusted based on your selected destination. Orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible in the order received. You will receive a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation once your package leaves the warehouse.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We are not responsible for any customs fees. By purchasing our products, you consent that your packages may incur customs charges upon arrival.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: 1 – 2 business days during regular seasons; may be longer during holidays. We process orders Monday through Friday (EST), excluding major US holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Yes, you will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. If tracking information is not received within 10 business days, please contact us.

Tracking updates may take 2–4 business days. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and still shows no update, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Items from the same order may be shipped separately for logistical reasons, even if combined shipping was selected.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

International shipments are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). VAT, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please consult your local customs office for details regarding taxes and fees in your country.
