Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, and we will start to deliver your purchase within 17-21 business days.
Our working time: from Monday to Friday – Pacific Daylight Time, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

At this time, we are unable to ship to military locations in the United States. We regret in advance for any difficulty this may cause.

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation Email confirming your Order and purchase information. If you want to cancel your order or change your order information, please cancel or change your information within 6 hours from the time you place your order. After 6 hours, we regret that we cannot cancel your order or change your order information anymore. When the production process is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
We’ll send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number once your purchase has been delivered. Simply click on the supplied link to track your package.
For the first several days after receiving your Shipping Update email, tracking information may not be accessible. Because of package scanning, it will take several days. We assure you that this is typical and will not cause any delays in your delivery.

- The tracking system shows that the package was delivered to its destination but it is not
Orders marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds or reprints. For specific data on the delivery, including GPS position, you can call the carrier (i.e., USPS/ UPS, DHL, etc.).
- The package has been “in-transit” for more than 30 days
If you want, we can reprint and reship the item after a long wait like this.
Please note that in the event of a force majeure situation, the Mirvac Gaomato return policy will not apply. In this case, we shall issue an official statement.
- The package was delivered to the incorrect address
If the package has arrived at a location different from the recipient’s address. We can replace the item if you want.Please note that in the event of a force majeure situation, the Mirvac Gaomato Return Policy will not apply. In this case, we shall issue an official statement.
- The package was returned to Mirvac Gaomato because an invalid address was provided
For invalid address entries, we do not give replacements, refunds, or credits.
- The package was returned to Mirvac Gaomato but the address was valid and correct
We will be happy to replace and reship the order that was returned to its sender.
- The post office provided a notice that the package was lost in the mail
We’ll gladly replace and reship any orders that have been returned to the sender.
- The item received is incorrect or defective
For incorrect or defective items, if you prefer, we can ship a new order.
Please note that:
- For quality control objectives, detailed photographs are necessary.
- To be eligible for reimbursement or replacement, issues must be notified within three days of the delivery date.
- Replacement items are not allowed to be changed.
- In the event of a force majeure occurrence, Mirvac Gaomato refund policy will not apply. In this case, we shall issue an official statement.

We DO NOT take responsibility for the package that is undeliverable because of missing or incomplete or incorrect address information.
Therefore, when checking out, please be sure to include the right shipping information. If you discover you’ve made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. However, because email has a 72-hour waitlist, if your purchase has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is beyond our control.
Mirvac Gaomato is NOT RESPONSIBLE for destination country tax, any duty charge that may incur, any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
If the order arrives in your country and customer refuses to accept the package, or if many efforts to deliver the delivery are made in the destination country. Mirvac Gaomato maintains the right to cancel the package(s) at any time and will not be liable for any refunds.
